Time Billing Adjustment Credit. Following execution of the Amended and Restated Agreement, Customer shall receive a one-time “Billing Adjustment Credit” in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) to be applied to Customer’s Interstate Service Contributing Charges under the Agreement..
