Time Charterparties. The Owner will not permit the Vessel to be engaged on any time charterparties or sub-time charterparties other than the Charter Agreements, unless otherwise approved by the collateral agent under the Collateral Agreement or the administrative agent under the Credit Agreement, or would not reasonably be expected to have a materially adverse effect on the rights of the Secured Parties.
