Time Conventions. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to times of day in New York, New York. The due date for any payment hereunder that would be due on a day that is not a Business Day shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.
Time Conventions. Unless otherwise indicated, request for streams will be processed during normal business hours, which are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and reduced-schedule days.
