Time Delays/Arbitration. Under the LLC Agreement, certain matters may be submitted to binding arbitration. If, as a result of the institution of any arbitration between HF Member and Skechers Member, the arbitrator determines that there is a resulting change in the Project Schedule, then the Project Schedule shall be modified accordingly.
