Time Deposit after Maturity. If the Time Deposit is retained in the account after maturity due to the reasons as set out in Paragraph 3 below, the Bank shall process the matter in accordance with relevant regulations and the Bank’s rules.

Payment on Maturity Date Borrower shall pay to Lender on the Maturity Date the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.
Maturity Date This Agreement shall continue in effect until the maturity date set forth on the Schedule (the "Maturity Date"), subject to Section 6.3 below.
Commitment Charge; Credit; Maturity Premium (a) The Borrower shall pay a commitment charge on the unwithdrawn amount of the Loan at the rate and on the terms specified in the Loan Agreement.
Redemption at maturity Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled as specified below, each Note will be redeemed by the Issuer at its Final Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms in the relevant Specified Currency on the Maturity Date specified in the applicable Final Terms.
Maturity As provided therein, the entire unpaid principal balance of each Note shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date thereof.

Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF 11.1 The Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for ODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
Additional Public Interest Commitments Registry Operator shall comply with the public interest commitments set forth in Specification 11 attached hereto (“Specification 11”).

Upon written request from <<customer_name>>, BellSouth will provide the Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service to <<customer_name>> pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this section. EODUF will only be sent to existing ODUF subscribers who request the EODUF option.
