relevant regulations means any requirements contained in the regulations, rules, guidelines and policies of the Competent Authority, or of the European Parliament and Council then in effect in the Republic of Italy, relating to capital adequacy and applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group from time to time (including but not limited to, as at the Issue Date of the relevant Series of Notes, the rules contained in, or implementing, CRD IV and the BRRD, delegated or implementing acts adopted by the European Commission and guidelines issued by the EBA).
relevant regulations means, at any time, any requirements of Austrian law or contained in the regulations, requirements, guidelines or policies of the Competent Authority, the European Parliament and/or the European Council, then in effect in the Republic of Austria and applicable to the BAWAG Regulatory Group and/or (as the case may be) the Issuer, including but not limited to the provisions of the BWG, the CRD, the CRR, the CDR and the SSM Regulation, in each case as amended from time to time, or such other law, regulation or directive as may come into effect in place thereof.
relevant regulations means the regulations that are relevant to Our supply of electricity to You under this Contract and include the Customer Contracts Regulations.
