Time Devoted to Partnership. Each Partner shall devote his or her undivided time and attention and use the utmost of his or her skills and ability in furtherance of the Partnership business.
Time Devoted to Partnership. Each of the General Partner and the --------------------------- Managing General Partner shall devote whatever time and attention to the business, affairs and operations of the Partnership is reasonably appropriate for Partnership purposes and is necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
Time Devoted to Partnership. Each of the Partners will seek to promote the interests of the Partnership to its greatest advantage and will devote sufficient time to the affairs of the Partnership to permit its efficient operation.

Each General Partner shall devote that portion of its time to the Partnership affairs necessary to fulfill its obligations hereunder as may be reasonably required by the Partnership business. Any Partner may engage in, acquire or possess an interest or interests in other business ventures of any nature or description, independently or with others, whether or not competitive with the business of the Partnership, including but not limited to, the real estate business in all its phases, which shall include without limitation, ownership, operation, management, syndication and development of real property, and neither the Partnership nor any Partner shall have any rights in or to such independent ventures or the income or profits derived therefrom. No Partner shall be obligated to present any particular investment opportunity or other opportunity to the Partnership or to the other Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or the other Partner, could or might be taken by the Partnership or such other Partner, and each such Partner shall have the right to take any investment for its own account (individually or as trustee) or to recommend any particular investment opportunity to any other Person whatsoever. Each Partner hereby acknowledges that each other Partner or its Affiliates currently own, or may in the future acquire, interests in real estate projects in the immediate vicinity of the Property that are or may be in competition with the Project. 6.7.

Time Devoted to Partnership. Each General Partner shall devote his or her undivided time and attention and use the utmost of his/her skills and ability in furtherance of the Purpose of the Partnership, its business and the performance of the obligations listed in Paragraph 14 below.
Time Devoted to Partnership. The General Partner shall devote such time to Partnership Business as it deems necessary or appropriate to manage and supervise Partnership Business and affairs in an efficient manner; provided, that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the employment of any agent, third party or Affiliate to manage or provide other services with respect to the Partnership's Assets or business subject to the control of the General Partner and provided that the General Partner, in all instances, retains general control over and continues to generally supervise the day-to-day operations of the Partnership. In this connection, the General Partner shall provide, furnish or perform in good faith and in a diligent and efficient manner all normal and customary business and administrative duties and services necessary to conduct the Partnership's business in an expeditious and economical manner. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way or manner limit the General Partner or the Limited Partner or any director, officer, employee or agent of the Partners in participating as a general partner, limited partner, owner, principal, consultant, director, manager, officer, agent, representative or otherwise in any business which could be deemed to be competing with the Partnership Business.
Time Devoted to Partnership. The Managing General Partner shall devote whatever time and attention to the business, affairs and operations of the Partnership as are required, appropriate or desirable for Partnership purposes and to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If SECI is the Managing General Partner, it shall devote its full time to the Partnership; provided that SECI's directors, officers and employees (other than full-time employees, if any) shall not be expected to devote their full time to the performance of such duties unless necessary from time to time for the proper performance of the Managing General Partner's duties hereunder.
Time Devoted to Partnership. Each Partner shall devote such time as is necessary to the business of the Partnership. Consistent with the foregoing, each Partner may individually or in association with one or more Partners engage in any one or more related or unrelated business activities. Nothing in this Agreement or in law shall be construed as an obligation on the part of any Partner to present any real estate or other investment opportunities to the Partnership, nor shall it preclude any Partner from acquiring or holding real estate or other investments for his individual account. Each Partner acknowledges that some of the Partners hereunder are real estate brokers and/or real estate salesmen and are acquiring the Partnership interests hereunder as an individual investor and for his own account.
