Common use of Time Devoted to the Company Clause in Contracts

Time Devoted to the Company. Executive shall be required to devote substantially full time and attention to his duties under this Agreement. Subject to the obligations of Executive pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof and the immediately preceding sentence, Executive may engage in any other activity, whether for pecuniary gain or not, which does not materially interfere with his obligations under this Agreement.
