Time Devoted to Work Sample Clauses

Time Devoted to Work. In performing the services contemplated under this Agreement, the services and the hours Consultant is to work on any given day will be on a mutually agreed upon basis, except for attendance at scheduled meetings, and City will rely upon Consultant to put in such number of hours as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the spirit and purpose of this Agreement. City understands that Consultant is engaged in the same or similar activities for others and that City may not be Consultant’s sole client or customer. However, Consultant represents and warrants that it is under no obligation or restriction, nor will it assume any such obligation or restriction, that would in any way interfere or be inconsistent with the services to be performed under this Agreement.

Time Devoted to Work. Employee agrees that he will devote all of the necessary business time, attention, and energies, as well as Employee’s best talents and abilities to the business of the Company in accordance with the Company’s instructions and directions. Employee may engage in other business activities unrelated to the Company during the term of this Employee Agreement so long as such other business activities do not interfere with the terms and conditions of this Employee Agreement.
Time Devoted to Work. In the performance of the services, the amount of time devoted by the Independent Contractor will be entirely within the Independent Contractor's control, to the extent consistent with the nature of the services, and RIT will rely on the Independent Contractor to put in such number of hours as are necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Contract.

Time Devoted to Work. Executive further agrees to use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and to devote substantially all of his business time and energies to the business and affairs of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive will be permitted to (a) with the prior written consent of the Board (which consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed). act or serve as a director, trustee, or committee member of any type of business, civic, or charitable organization (but not to exceed three (3) organizations); and (b) purchase or hold any ownership interest of any investment; provided that (i) such ownership represents a passive investment and does not exceed a five (5%) equity ownership in such entity; and (ii) Executive is not a controlling person of, or a member of a group that controls, such entity; provided further that, the activities described in clauses (a) and (b) do not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities to the Company as provided hereunder.
Time Devoted to Work. In the performance of this service, the aforesaid services and hours to be worked will be entirely within Contractor's control. A schedule of maximum hours/fees is referenced in Section 3 of this agreement. No additional fees will be provided without the express written consent of the District.

Time Devoted to Work. The services and hours Consultant is to work on any given day in rendering consulting and advisory services hereunder will be determined by Consultant after consultation with the Company and by the dates and times of the board meetings for those boards on which Consultant will be a director.
