Time Devoted to the Company. During the Employment Term, Executive shall devote all of his professional time, skill and attention and his best efforts to the business and affairs of the Company, and in furtherance of the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies (collectively the “Related Parties”), except for (i) usual, ordinary and customary periods of vacation and absence due to illness or other disability, (ii) such leadership and/or board positions with such community, civic or trade organizations as the Chief Executive Officer shall reasonably approve.
