Common use of TIME EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE SUBSIDY Clause in Contracts

TIME EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE SUBSIDY. This agreement is between the State of Oregon acting through its Department of Administrative Services (Employer) and the AFSCME (Union). The Parties agree to the following: The Employer will continue to pay the current part-time subsidy for eligible part-time employees who participate in the part-time plan through December 31, 2011 as follows: Employee Only (EE) - $259.53 Employee and Family (EF) - $331.23 Employee & Spouse – (ES) - $295.30 Employee & Children (EC) - $336.16 For Plan Years 2012 and 2013 the Employer will pay 95% of the part-time subsidy for the part- time eligible employees who participate in the part-time PEBB plan.
