TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. The Consulting Agreement (originally made as of January 1, 1999, and subsequently amended and restated in 2000, 2001 and 2008) by and between Xxxxxx Half International Inc. (“Company”) and (“Employee”), is amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth herein, effective as of April 21, 2009.

TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. The Consulting Agreement (originally made as of January 1, 1999, and subsequently amended and restated in 2000, 2001 2000 and 20082001) by and between Xxxxxx Half International Inc. (“Company”) and (“Employee”), is amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth herein, effective as of April 21July 29, 20092008, in order to comply with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and the rules and regulations thereunder (collectively, “Section 409A”).

(“"Company”") and (“"Employee”"), which was amended and restated effective August 2, 2000, is amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth herein, effective as of April 21July 24, 20092001.
