TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. The Consulting Agreement (originally made as of January 1, 1999, and subsequently amended and restated in 2000 and 2001) by and between Xxxxxx Half International Inc. (“Company”) and (“Employee”), is amended and restated to read in its entirety as set forth herein, effective as of July 29, 2008, in order to comply with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and the rules and regulations thereunder (collectively, “Section 409A”).
