Common use of Time for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Time for Compliance. The dates described herein refer to calendar days, unless otherwise stated. If the date for performance of any act required by or under this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or court holiday, that act may be performed on the next business day with the same effective as if it had been performed on the day or within the period of time specified by or under this Agreement.
