Common use of Time for Delivery Clause in Contracts

Time for Delivery. ETSU shall not be liable to Resident for any damages resulting from ETSU's inability to deliver possession of the Premises to Resident at the commencement of the Term, provided however, Resident shall not be liable for payment of any rent until possession of the Premises has been delivered to Resident. Resident may cancel this Agreement if possession of the Premises has not been delivered within 30 days of the commencement of the Term.
