Time for Providing Support. The support to be provided by the Supporting Entity under this schedule 3 must be provided: (a) in the case of Owner Loans and Owner Guarantees notified by one Owner to the other prior to Completion, upon Completion; and (b) in the case of any other Owner Loan or Owner Guarantee, promptly upon receipt of notification by the relevant Owner to the other.
