Time for Repairs. i. Non-emergency repairs will be made within 15 days of receipt of Repair Request Form. ii. In the event that repairs are not completed within 15 days, Tenants may elect to EITHER: 1. Pay for repairs and deduct the cost of repairs from the monthly rent rate. Deductions should be based either on actual receipts or at rates equivalent to current standard; OR 2. Exercise their legal right to xxxxx rent payments until all repairs are completed.
