Time for Return of the Metals. Return Date For all Lots with respect to which Standard Charges apply, palladium, platinum, gold, silver and rhodium shall be made physically available for shipment by JM for SMC or credited to the SMC Account or pool account established elsewhere no later than the number of Days set Forth in Exhibit C after the later of: (i) receipt by JM of the Filter Cake containing such metal in accordance with Section 6.3 hereof; or (ii) in the event the non-sampling Party has notified the sampling Party of its nomination of a representative as provided by Section 9.2, the date that is one Business Day following receipt by JM of the Filter Cake.
