Failed or Returned Transactions. In using the Service, you are requesting the Service to make payments for you from your Payment Account. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your Payment Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Payment Account to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed. Failed or Returned Transactions. In using the Service, you are requesting the Service to make payments for you from your Payment Account. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your Payment Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Payment Account to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed. In some instances, you will receive a return notice from the Service. In such case, you agree that: 1. You will reimburse the Service immediately upon demand the transaction amount that has been returned to the Service; 2. For any amount not reimbursed to the Service within fifteen (15) days of the initial notification, a late charge equal to 1.5% monthly interest or the legal maximum, whichever rate is lower, for any unpaid amounts may be imposed; 3. You will reimburse the Service for any fees imposed by your financial institution as a result of the return; 4. You will reimburse the Service for any fees it incurs in attempting to collect the amount of the return from you; and, 5. The Service is authorized to report the facts concerning the return to any credit reporting agency.

In some instances, you will receive a return notice from us. In each such case you agree that: (i) You will reimburse us or our service provider immediately upon demand the amount of the transaction if the payment or transfer has been delivered but there are insufficient funds in your Eligible Account, or an insufficient available balance in your overdraft protection account (if applicable), to allow us to complete the debit processing; (ii) We may make repeated attempts in our discretion to debit your Eligible Account for the amount of any payment or transfer that we complete on your behalf, including, but not limited to, debit by ACH transaction; (iii) If we complete a payment or transfer on your behalf and you do not have sufficient funds in your Eligible Account to cover such transaction, we may assess our standard paid overdraft item fee, as in effect and disclosed in our pricing schedules at such time, against your Eligible Account, whether or not we overdraw your Eligible Account, and/or we may cancel, suspend, or limit your use of the P2P Service, the External Transfer Service and/or your Eligible Account without notice, and/or exercise any other rights or remedies available to us;

Failed or Returned Transactions. By using the Bill Payment Service, you are requesting the Bill Payment Service to make payments for you using your primary deposit account. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your primary deposit account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your primary deposit account to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed and we will attempt to notify you.
Failed or Returned Transactions. If your transaction was not completed, in some instances, you will receive a return notice from the Service. In each such case, you agree that: (a) Upon demand, you will reimburse the transaction amount to the Service immediately; for any amount not reimbursed to the Service within fifteen (15) days of the initial notification, a late charge, may be imposed on any unpaid amounts; (b) You will be assessed a Returned Item fee by the Service if the transaction is due to insufficient funds in your Payment Account to cover the requested payment. You hereby authorize the Service to deduct this amount from your designated Billing Account by ACH debit. In addition, you may be assessed a fee by your financial institution as a result of the return that is separate from and in addition to any fee assessed by the Service;
