Common use of Time for Submission of Request Clause in Contracts

Time for Submission of Request. Indemnitee will be required to submit any request for Indemnification pursuant to this Article 6 within a reasonable time, not to exceed two years, after any judgment, order, settlement, dismissal, arbitration award, conviction, acceptance of a plea of nolo contendere (or its equivalent) or other full or partial final determination or disposition of the Legal Action (with the latest date of the occurrence of any such event to be considered the commencement of the two year period).
