Time for Winding-Up. Anything in this Article X notwithstanding, a reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly winding-up of the business and affairs of the Partnership and the liquidation of the Partnership Assets in order to minimize any potential for losses as a result of such process. During the period of winding-up, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall govern the rights and relationships of the Partners inter se.
