Other Activities of Limited Partners. Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement or in any other agreement entered into by a Limited Partner or any Affiliate of a Limited Partner and the Partnership, the General Partner or any Subsidiary of the Partnership or the General Partner, any Limited Partner or any Affiliate of any Limited Partner may engage in, or possess an interest in, other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, including, without limitation, real estate business ventures, whether or not such other enterprises shall be in competition with any activities of the Partnership, the General Partner or any Subsidiary of the Partnership or the General Partner; and neither the Partnership, the General Partner, any such Subsidiary nor the other Partners shall have any right by virtue of this Agreement in and to such independent ventures or to the income or profits derived therefrom.
Other Activities of Limited Partners. Subject to Section 4.4 with respect to each Limited Partner that is an Affiliate of the Managing General Partner, each Limited Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Partnership and the entities in which the Partnership invests and may engage in transactions with, and provide services to, the Partnership or any such entity. Neither the Partnership, any other Partner nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any business ventures of any Limited Partner.
Other Activities of Limited Partners. A Limited Partner and any of its Affiliates may engage in or hold a direct or indirect interest in any other business, venture, investment or activity whether or not similar to or in competition with the business of the Partnership. This shall be deemed not to be in conflict of interest with the Partnership and the Limited Partner and its Affiliates, as the case may be, shall not be liable to account therefor to the Partnership or any Partner.

Other Activities of Limited Partners. 8.6 A Limited Partner may engage in or hold an interest in any other business, venture, investment or activity whether or not similar to or competitive with the business of the Partnership and shall not be liable to account therefor to the Partnership or any Partner. Other Activities of Limited Partners. Each Limited Partner may hold an interest in any other limited partnership that holds property and carries on a business similar to or competitive with the business and properties of the Partnership and such Limited Partner shall not be required to account to or shall be liable to the General Partners or the Partnership by reason thereof; provided, however, that such Limited Partner shall not hold a general partnership interest in any such other limited partnership except where such Limited Partner has determined, acting reasonably, that to do so is necessary to preserve or protect its limited partnership interest in such other limited partnership.
Other Activities of Limited Partners. 5.7 Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Limited Partner may do any act or purport to cause the Partnership to do any act which attempts to avoid or frustrate the payment of any fees or amounts to the General Partner and/or an Affiliate of the General Partner pursuant to any agreement or contract with the Partnership entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Other Activities of Limited Partners. (a) No Limited Partner other than a Retired Partner (subject to the terms of such Retired Partner’s Supplemental Agreement or any other agreement with the General Partner or its Affiliates including, without limitation, such Retired Partner’s employment agreement and/or separation agreement) shall engage in any occupation, profession, employment or other business, as an officer, director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant or otherwise, without the prior consent of the General Partner, unless such activity is carried out on behalf of the Partnership or an Affiliate.
Other Activities of Limited Partners. Subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 20.1, and subject to Section 4.8 in respect of Limited Partners who are members of the Fund Group, a Limited Partner may engage in or hold a direct or indirect interest in any other business, venture, investment or activity whether or not similar to or in competition with the business of the Fund, which interest is deemed not to be in conflict of interest with the Fund, and such Limited Partner is not liable to account therefor to the Fund or any Partner.
Other Activities of Limited Partners. A Limited Partner may engage in, or hold an interest in, any other business, venture, investment or activity whether or not similar to or competitive with the business of the Partnership, subject, in the case of Food Services, to the restrictions on the activities of Food Services set out in the Licence and Royalty Agreement.
