Common use of Time Frame and Reasons Clause in Contracts

Time Frame and Reasons. The Owner may terminate the Contract if the Design Builder: a. Refuses or fails to supply enough properly skilled workers or proper materials; b. Fails to make payment to Subcontractors for materials or labor in accordance with the respective agreements between the Design Builder and the Subcontractors; c. Disregards applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful orders of a public authority; or d. Otherwise is guilty of material breach of a provision of the Contract Documents, which may include failure to comply with the Project Schedule, failure to provide adequate supervision, failure to maintain a safe Project Site and/or non-compliance with Article 13 Protection of Persons and Property of this Exhibit A.

Otherwise is guilty of material breach of a provision of the Contract Documents, which may include failure to comply with the Project Schedule, failure to provide adequate supervision, failure to maintain a safe Project Site and/or non-compliance with Article 13 10 Protection of Persons and Property of this Exhibit A.
