Time Frame for Completion of Initial Review of Evaluation Plan. The committee shall submit its findings, recommendations and proposals to the parties for consideration no later than July 31, 2009. The University and the Association shall jointly review the report of the JEPRC and agree upon necessary amendments to the current JEP. The University and Association shall complete this process no later than October 31, 2009.
