TIME FRAME FOR SUBMISSION OF CLAIM. Delta Dental will not pay claims submitted more than 12 months after the date the Service is Completed. If a Participating Provider failed to submit a claim within this time, the Member will not be liable for the amount that Delta Dental would have paid.
