Time Frames for Report Submissions. Except as otherwise specified herein, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to SDOH and the LDSS the reports required under this Agreement in an agreed media format within sixty (60) days of the close of the applicable semi-annual or annual reporting period, and within fifteen (15) business days of the close of the applicable quarterly reporting period.
