Time information Clause Samples

The 'Time information' clause defines how time-related details are handled within an agreement or process. It typically specifies deadlines, timeframes for performance, or the method for calculating periods such as notice or delivery times. For example, it may clarify whether time is measured in calendar or business days, or how to handle time zone differences. This clause ensures all parties have a clear understanding of timing expectations, reducing the risk of disputes related to deadlines or scheduling.
