Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7.1. Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demanded.

Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as upon its formation and when due & demandedregistration.

The Promoter Promoter/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project within the validity of Sanction building plan as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the common areas to the association of allottees all allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7.1. Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demanded.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter No.2 shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Villament to the Allottee Allottee/s and the common areas to the association of allottees Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be. Similarly, subject the Allottee/s shall make timely payments of Total Value to force major Promoter No.2 as describe in 7.1. Similarly the Allottee per Schedule –D (Payment Plan); and shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as other dues and when due & demandedmeet other obligations under this Agreement on time.

Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-Cprovided under Rule 2(1)(f) as and when due & demanded.of Rules..

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Apartment/ PlotUnit to the Allottee Allottee(s) and the common areas to the association of allottees respective Mmaintenance Ssociety or the competent authority, as the case may bemaybe. Similarly, subject to force major as describe in 7.1. Similarly the Allottee Allottee(s) shall pay make the timely payment of all accounts payable instalments as per the Payment Plan. Timely payment Plan (Schedule-Cof Total Price and other payment / charges by the Allottee(s) as and when due & demandedper this Agreement shall be the essence of this Agreement.

Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-Cprovided under Rule 2(1)(f) as and when due & demandedof Rules, 2017.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as to be disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas to the association Association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7.1. Similarly Apartment Acquirers and the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable abide by the time schedule for payment in the manner as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demandedstated in the Third Schedule hereunder written.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Shop to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7.1. Similarly the Allottee shall strictly abide by the Payment Schedule as detailed in the Payment Plan Schedule C annexed herewith and the Allottee shall be liable to pay all accounts the due amount payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demandedat every Milestone of the construction of the Shop.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Developer/Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee Allottee(s) and the common areas to the association Association of allottees Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major Force Majeure as describe in Para - 7.1. Similarly the Allottee Allottee(s) shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Payment Plan (Schedule-Schedule - C) as and when due & demanded.

TIME IS ESSENCE.
