Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, as disclosed at the time of registration of Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter Promoters shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the Project/Complex with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the The Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee association ofAllottee or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit to Apartmentto the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority,after receiving the occupancy certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, as disclosed at the time of registration of Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Designated Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas in a phase wise manner to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter Promoter/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project within the validity of Sanction building plan as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee all allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Apartment Acquirers and the Allottee or shall abide by the competent authority, time schedule for payment in the manner as stated in the case may beEighth Schedule hereunder written.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authorityAuthority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed dis- closed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association associa- tion of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the said project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may bemaybe, subject to the same being formed and registered.

The Promoter Promoters shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the Project/Complex with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottees and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common areas to the association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allotteeprovided all the payments have been made within time and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee Allottees (subject to its formation and registration or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment/Shop/Flat to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees(upon its registration) or the competent authority, ,after receiving the completion certificate (if and as the case may beapplicable).

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee Allottees and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/Purchaser and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall common areas to be completed only upon completion association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee Allottee/Purchasers or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allotte e and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common areas to the association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, after receiving the occupancy certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Phase - IV of the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards before handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee Allottee. The project common areas, amenities and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities facilities shall be completed only upon the completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may bewhole project.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the be case may bemay.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may beCompetent Authority.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Bungalow to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. 5.1 The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority competent authority under the Act and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authorityAssociation, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee togetherwith undivided proportionate share of common areas and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion management of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/Allottee(s) and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association Society of the Allottee Allottee/Allottee(s) or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Apartment/ Unit to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities common areas and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common facilities of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project project to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may beAllottee(s).

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as to be disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Apartment Acquirers and the Allottee or shall abide by the competent authority, time schedule for payment in the manner as stated in the case may beEighth Schedule hereunder written.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter and Owner shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of Allottees subject to the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may besame being formed and registered.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the said project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to the same being formed and registered.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as to be disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Apartment Acquirers and the Allottee or shall abide by the competent authority, time schedule for payment in the manner as stated in the case may beThird Schedule hereunder written.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common areas of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project said project to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.Allottee/s.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards Authority. The Promoter/ Xxxxxxx shall abide by the time schedule for handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment / unit to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be., subject to compliance of the terms and conditions laid down hereunder to be fulfilled by the Allottee on its part..

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall take steps to abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the Owners’ Area with the Authority and towards handing over the said Apartment Unit to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of Apartment Owners. Similarly, the Allottee or shall make timely payments of the competent authority, instalments and other dues payable by him to the Owners and comply with the other obligations under this Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as the case may beprovided in Schedule “C”.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may beApartment Acquirers.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Bungalow to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the said Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed dis- closed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association associ- ation of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Said Unit to the Allottee Allottee/Transferee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees/transferees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Phase-IIA of the project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common areas to the association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, after receiving the occupancy certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Phase - III of the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards before handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee Allottee. The project common areas, amenities and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities facilities shall be completed only upon the completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may bewhole project.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee AllotteeAllottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityAllottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion common areas to the association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees (upon its registration) or the competent authority, as after receiving the case may becompletion certificate.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, after receiving the occupancy certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Designated Apartment to the Allottee Allotee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association (upon its registration) of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may beAllotees.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Installations to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may beAssociation.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The If the project has not been completed yet, the Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the said project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottee(s) or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to the same being formed and registered.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment/ Plot to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Maintenance Society or the competent authority, ,as the case may bemaybe.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Designated Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit apartment/unit to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee maintenance society or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Flat to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule Schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority authority and towards handing over the said Unit to Apartmentto the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee or allotteesor the competent authority,after receiving the occupancy certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Owner and Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee and Allotteeand the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion Areas of the Real Estate Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project (described in Schedule E below) to the Association association of the Allottee or the competent authorityAllottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Designated Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association (upon its registration) of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7.1.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed dis- closed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing hand- ing over the said Unit Designated Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association as- sociation of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, project as disclosed at the time of registration of Project the project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project common areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Said Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion to the association of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the Association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project, Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Unit Apartment to the Allottee and the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project Areas to the Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as the case may be.
