Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottees and the Common Areas to the association of Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project except if any circumstances mentioned in due course of timeTerm No.- 9 exist.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, however will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project project of Housing complex in due course of time.

The Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the said Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment and covered car parking to the Allottees Allottee(s) and the Common Areas to the association Association of Allottees Allottee(s) or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities Amenities and facilities Facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Common Areas, amenities same being formed and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of timeregistered.

The Common Areas, amenities upon its formation and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of timeregistration.
