Common use of Time Limits; Duration Clause in Contracts

Time Limits; Duration. Any other Participant that wishes to participate in an arbitration proceeding hereunder shall give signed written notice to the Secretary of the Participants Committee, and to the Secretary of the ISO Board if the ISO is involved in such arbitration, no later than ten calendar days after the giving of the notice of arbitration. The arbitration procedure shall not exceed 90 calendar days from the date of the Aggrieved Party's notice invoking arbitration to the arbitrator's decision unless the parties agree upon a longer or shorter time. All agreements by the ISO or the aggrieved Participant and the Participants Committee to use mediation shall establish a schedule which will control unless later changed by mutual agreement.
