Time Lines for First Bargaining Session. Within fifteen (15) days of written notification of intent to bargain, an initial meeting shall be held between the parties. All proposals shall be exchanged in writing by the ASSOCIATION and the BOARD at this first meeting. No new proposal shall be submitted by either party after the initial meeting unless by mutual agreement.
