BUYER and SELLER agree to indemnify and hold harmless all brokers from all losses, liabilities, charges, and costs they may incur due to any and all wire transfers or wire instructions relating to the transfer or issuance of funds. After you receive a Federal Reference Number from your sending financial institution, you may want to verify as soon as possible with the intended recipient of the wire that they received your money. If you cannot verify that the wire was received by the intended recipient, immediately contact your financial institution that sent the wire.
