Inspection and Approval. All works embracing more than one process shall be subject to examination and approval at each stage thereof and the Contractor shall given due notice to the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative when each stage is ready. In default of such notice the Engineer-in- Charge shall be entitled to appraise the quality and extent thereof. 26.1 No work shall be covered up or put out of view without the approval of the Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative and the Contractor shall afford full opportunity for examination and measurement of any work which is about to be covered up or put out of view and for examination foundations before permanent work is placed thereon. The Contractor shall give the notice to the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative whenever any such work or foundation is ready for examination and the Engineer-in-charge or his representative shall without unreasonable delay, unless he considers it unnecessary and advises the Contractor accordingly; attend for the purpose of examining and measuring such work or of examining such foundation. In the event of the failure of the Contractor, such work shall be uncovered at the Contractor's expense for examination by the Engineer-in-Charge. 26.2 Corporation officers concerned with the Contract shall have powers at any time to inspect and examine any part of the works and the Contractor shall give such facilities as may be required for such inspection and examination.

Inspection and Approval. Prior to the construction of a camp to be occupied by Building Tradespersons, the client and/or designated agent will first submit plans, and proposed site location, in duplicate, to the Council for approval and such approval or rejection shall be given within fifteen days of application, and shall be binding provided that the approved standards are met. One copy of the approved plans, duly initialled by both parties shall be retained by the Secretary of the Council.

Inspection and Approval. All construction materials to be used in the Work or incorporated into the Work, equipment, plant, tools, appliances or methods to be used in the Work may be subject to the inspection and approval or rejection by the City or the Project Designers. Any material rejected by the City or the Project Designers shall be removed immediately and replaced in an acceptable manner.
Inspection and Approval. To assist the Licensor to verify and enforce the Licensee's obligations under this Agreement, and in particular, to inspect the character and/or quality of the Goods and Services with which the Marks are used, upon no less than three (3) days notice, the Licensee will permit and assist the Licensor to: (a) enter all premises where the Licensee uses the Marks or stores Goods or other materials bearing any of the Marks; and (b) observe the Licensee's activities relating to the Marks and inspect material on which any of the Marks appear. At the request of the Licensor, acting reasonably, the Licensee will promptly provide the Licensor with samples of all packaging, advertising, company brochures and other material prepared by, for or with the permission of the Licensee that bears or refers to any of the Marks. Further, the Licensee will deliver to the Licensor samples of all proposed Goods that the Marks are proposed to be used in association with at least 60 calendar days before any intended distribution date for any of the same. Within 30 calendar days after it receives any such sample material, the Licensor will deliver to the Licensee either a written notice of approval or a written notice of refusal. Any notice of refusal will specify what must be changed and why. If the Licensee does not receive either a written notice of approval or a written notice of refusal within such 30-day period, then the material will be deemed to have been approved for distribution. If the Licensee receives a written notice of refusal from the Licensor, the Licensee may revise the material and resubmit a sample of the revised material to the Licensor for its approval, in which case, the approval procedure set out in this Section will once again apply.
Inspection and Approval. Upon reasonable notice and during business hours, Licensor shall have the right to carry out inspections of (a) representative samples, provided to Licensor at Licensee’s expense, of the ways in which the Trademarks are being used by Licensee and its subsidiaries (or photographs depicting the same), and (b) any facility used in connection with the Trademarks, in order to confirm appropriate quality control as provided in this Article III. Licensor may, by written notice to Licensee, designate an Affiliate of Licensor, or, at its expense, an independent third party inspector or consultant, to act as an authorized representative of Licensor in connection with this Section 3.03. Pursuant to such designation, any such Affiliate, inspector or consultant shall be authorized to exercise any of Licensor’s rights under this Section 3.03. Licensor shall ensure that any Person conducting an inspection pursuant to this Section 3.03 shall abide by Licensee’s internal rules and directions, provided, however, that such rules and directions shall not unduly interfere with such inspection.
