Common use of TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION. 2.1 The Work to be performed under this Contract for the Bid Items shall not commence prior the issuance of a Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by September 25, 2020. If the Contractor fails to complete the Bid Items within the stated time period, Liquidated Damages will be enforced per Article 26 unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Owner.
