Common use of TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. (i) The work under this Contract shall commence Xxxxxx agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before October 15th, 2021 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 25th, 2021.
