Common use of TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. (i) The work under this Contract shall be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions on or before October 1, 2024, and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 1, 2024

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. (i) The work under this Contract shall will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions complete on or before October 115, 20242022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 115, 20242022.

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. (i) The work under this Contract shall commence after receipt of Notice to Proceed and will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions Substantially Complete on or before October 131, 2024, and be Finally Complete and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 1December 11, 2024.

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. (i) The work under this Contract shall commence within 10 days following issuance of Notice to Proceed and will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions on or before October 1by November 30th, 20242021 and final completion by December 31st, 2021 and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 1, 2024Conditions.

(i) The work under this Contract shall commence that the Work will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions complete on or before October 115th, 2024, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 125th, 20242022.

(i) The work under this Contract shall commence Xxxxxx agrees that the Work will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions complete on or before October 115th, 2024, 2021 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 125th, 20242021.
