CONTRACT SUM Sample Clauses

CONTRACT SUM. (i) City agrees to pay Contractor for the services described herein. The total payment under this Contract shall not exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and Seventy Cents, ($328,129.70). No payment shall be made for work performed prior to the date upon which the last required signature is affixed to this Contract or the date of the Contractor's receipt of a Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs later. (ii) Additional Notices to Proceed shall be issued corresponding to any respective Contract Amendments.
CONTRACT SUM. Subject to any limitations set forth in this Agreement, City agrees to pay Contractor the amounts specified in the “Schedule of Compensationattached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed Dollars ($ ) (the “Contract Sum”), unless additional compensation is approved pursuant to Section 1.10.
