CONTRACT SUM Sample Clauses

CONTRACT SUM. 9.1.1 The Contract Sum is stated in the State-Contractor Agreement and, including authorized adjustments thereto, is the total amount payable by the State to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under the Contract Documents.

CONTRACT SUM. The amount of money payable by the Owner to the Contractor for completion of the Pre- Commencement Services and the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

CONTRACT SUM. The Contract Sum stated in the Agreement, including authorized adjustments, is the total amount payable by the Owner to the Contractor for performance of the Work under the Contract Documents and Contractor guarantees completion of the work for such amount.

CONTRACT SUM. (i) City agrees to pay Contractor for the services described herein. The total payment under this Contract shall not exceed One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand One Hundred Six Dollars, ($195,106.00). No payment shall be made for work performed prior to the date upon which the last required signature is affixed to this Contract or the date of the Contractor's receipt of a Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs later. (ii) Additional Notices to Proceed shall be issued corresponding to any respective Contract Amendments.

CONTRACT SUM. Subject to any limitations set forth in this Agreement, City agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in the “Schedule of Compensation” attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed Dollars ($ ) (the “Contract Sum”), unless additional compensation is approved pursuant to Section 1.9.

CONTRACT SUM. 4.1 The Owner shall pay the Contractor in current funds for the Contractor's performance of the Contract the Contract Sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-One Dollars ($1,659,881.00), subject to additions and deductions as provided in the Contract Documents. 4.2 The Contract Sum is based upon the following alternates, if any, which are described in the Contract Documents 4.3 Unit prices, if any, are as follows: See Subparagraph 9.2.2 of the Supplementary Conditions.

CONTRACT SUM. The State shall pay Contractor compensation as follows: Maximum Amount of $***; this sum includes any and all costs associated with the services provided under this contract, Including reimbursable expenses.

CONTRACT SUM. The Contract Sum is the amount to be paid to the Design-Builder for performance of the Work after execution of the Design-Build Amendment, as identified in Article A.1 of the Design-Build Amendment.

CONTRACT SUM. The sum payable for the contract term covers residence for the specified occupancy dates during the contract term and is payable in the amount set forth for the accommodation assigned in the published Housing Room Rates for the applicable academic year.
