Common use of Time of Completion of each Task Clause in Contracts

Time of Completion of each Task. Consultant agrees to perform the professional services for the Task Order within the time limits set forth in the project schedule required by this Agreement. Any change in the scope of services as outlined in the Task Order will require a revised time table. County agrees to exercise due diligence in performing it’s tasks to implement the Consultant’s time schedule.
