TIME OFF FOR URGENT AND PRIVATE AFFAIRS. In normal circumstances time off to attend urgent private matters should be taken from accumulated vacation leave, but in extra ordinary circumstances, the Employer may agree to give time off not exceeding five (5) days in any one year.
