Common use of Time Periods and Business Days Clause in Contracts

Time Periods and Business Days. (a) Time periods within which a payment is to be made or any other action is to be taken hereunder will be calculated excluding the day on which the period commences, but including the day on which the period ends. (b) Whenever payment is to be made or action to be taken hereunder is required to be made or taken on a day other than a Business Day, such payment will be made or action taken on the next following Business Day.
