Any and all payments and other amounts due under the Loan Documents shall be made to the applicable Lender’s bank account as designated by such Lender in writing by notice from time to time to the Borrower. A payment to be made in cash hereunder shall not be deemed to have been made on any day unless such payment has been received by the applicable Lender, at the required place of payment, in Dollars in funds immediately available to such Lender at such place, no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on such day.
