Common use of Time, Place and Manner Clause in Contracts

Time, Place and Manner. All payments due to the Lender under this Agreement shall be made to the Lender, or to such other Person as the Lender may designate, at the Lender's Office or at such other address in the City of New York as the Lender may designate. A payment shall not be deemed to have been made on any day unless such payment has been received at the required place of payment, in Dollars and in funds immediately available, no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time) on such day.
