Common use of Time, Place and Manner Clause in Contracts

Time, Place and Manner. All payments due to the Bank under this Agreement shall be made to the Bank, or to such other Person as the Bank may designate, at the Bank’s Office or at such other address in the City of New York as the Bank may designate. A payment shall not be deemed to have been made on any day unless such payment has been received at the required place of payment, in Dollars and in funds immediately available, no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time) on such day.
