Common use of Time Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Time Restrictions. A) Subject to Section 5.1 of these Rules and Regulations, general construction work will generally be permitted at all times, unless such work affects other tenants or occupants of the building or poses a safety concern at which time it will need be scheduled during non-business hours. B) Tenant shall provide the Property Manager with at least forty eight (48) hours notice before proceeding with Special Work, as hereinafter defined, and such Special Work will be permitted only at times agreed to by the Property Manager during periods outside of Regular Business Hours. “Special Work” shall be defined as the following operations:
