Common use of Time Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Time Restrictions. Time restrictions may be extended if mutually agreed upon. Consent to extend time restrictions will not be unreasonably withheld. The failure of one party to comply with time allowances of any agreed upon extensions shall result in the grievance being progressed to the next step.
