Time Restrictions. a. Subject to Paragraph 4.1 of these General Conditions, general construction work will generally be permitted during Regular Business Hours. b. Tenant shall provide the Construction Coordinator with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice before proceeding with Special Work, as hereinafter defined, and such Special Work will be permitted only at times agreed to by the Building Manager during periods outside of Regular Business Hours.
