TIME TO CURE DEFAULT; FORCE MAJEURE. City through the Director or designee shall provide written notice to Consultant as to a finding of default, and Consultant shall take all necessary action to cure said default within time stipulated in said notice, after which time the City may terminate the Agreement. The City at its sole discretion, may allow additional days to perform any required cure if Consultant provides written justification deemed reasonably sufficient. Should any such failure on the part of Consultant be due to a condition of Force Majeure as that term is interpreted under Florida law, then the City may allow an extension of time reasonably commensurate with the cause of such failure to perform or cure.
