COMPANIES PROVIDING COVERAGE. All insurance policies shall be issued by companies authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida and satisfactory to the Risk Administrator. All companies shall have a Florida resident agent and be rated at least A(X), as per A.M. Best Company’s Key Rating Guide, latest edition. VERIFICATION OF INSURANCE COVERAGE The Consultant shall furnish certificates of insurance to the Risk Administrator for review and approval prior to the execution of this Agreement. The Certificates shall clearly indicate that the Consultant has obtained insurance of the type, amount and classification required by these provisions, in excess of any pending claims at the time of contract award to the Consultant. The Consultant shall maintain coverage with equal or better rating as identified herein for the term of this contract. The Consultant shall provide written notice to the City’s Department of Risk Management of any material change, cancellation and/or notice of non-renewal of the insurance within 30 days of the change. The Consultant shall furnish copies of insurance policies pertaining to this Agreement to Risk Administrator within ten (10) days of written request.

  • Continuity of Coverage When a new employee to the district was previously employed by a SEBB employer and was eligible for SEBB coverage, that employee will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they are anticipated to work 630 hours or more in the school year. If an employee was not anticipated to work 630 hours in a school year but meets that eligibility criteria during the school year, the employee will become eligible for SEBB benefits and will begin coverage in the month following this establishment of eligibility.

  • Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.

  • Single Coverage The School District will pay up to $28.00 per month for individual coverage for each full-time teacher who qualifies for and enrolls in the School District's group dental insurance plan.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

  • Retiree Medical Coverage ‌ An eligible retiree and eligible dependent(s) (as defined below), may be enrolled in a County offered medical plan as described in section 10.2 but is allowed only to enroll either as a subscriber in a County offered medical plan or, as the dependent spouse/domestic partner of another eligible County employee/retiree, but not both. If an employee/retiree is also eligible to cover their dependent child/children, each child will be allowed to enroll as a dependent on only one employee or retirees’ plan (i.e., a retiree and his or her dependents cannot be covered by more than one County offered plan). An eligible dependent is (as defined in each plan document/summary plan description):  Xxxxxx the retiree’s spouse or domestic partner; or  A child, based on your plan’s age limits, or a disabled dependent child regardless of age.

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.
