Timeline and Procedures: Permanent. Unit Members who Have been employed by the SCOE for at least ten (10) years and are highly qualified as defined in the 20 U.S.C.Sec. 7801. 8.8.1 Permanent Unit Members who have been employed by the SCOE for at least ten (10) years, are highly qualified in their current assignment as defined in the 20 U.S.C.Sec. 7801, and whose previous overall evaluation was satisfactory, shall be evaluated once every five (5) years.
