Common use of Timeliness and Price Clause in Contracts

Timeliness and Price. Supplier agrees to make the above-referenced documentation, training and components available within fifteen (15) days following receipt of a written request, and at a price set forth in Exhibit B, such price not to exceed Supplier's published price list, or the fair market value, but in no event at prices above the lowest price paid by any other customer of Supplier. In addition, Supplier agrees to sell Product, as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto, to any Authorized User's third- party maintenance provider under contract with such Authorized User, at the prices as set forth in Exhibit B, for the sole purpose of supporting the Authorized User's installed inventory. Supplier agrees to document and provide to all Authorized Users in a timely manner any and all revisions to information and parts and components lists as they are developed or supplied by Supplier.
