Timeliness and Price. Supplier agrees to make the above-referenced Documentation, training, and spare parts and components available within 15 business days following receipt of a written request, and at a price set forth in Exhibit B. In addition, Supplier shall sell the Product to any Authorized User's third-party maintenance provider under contract with the Authorized User, at the prices as set forth in Exhibit B, for the sole purpose of supporting the Authorized User's installed inventory. Supplier shall document and provide to all Authorized Users, in a timely manner, any and all revisions to information and parts and components lists as they are developed or supplied by Supplier.
